My friend and I had an amazing meal in Donostia yesterday. The service was great and the food was so fresh and tasty. Definitely the best tapas I’ve ever had in London. I went for my usual go to dishes: croquetas de jamon, pan con tomate, tortilla espanola, and all were great! The basque cheesecake to finish was incredible. I left very full and content.

We had the most amazing lunch here. Possibly the best croquettas I’ve ever had and the steak we shared between three was exceptional. We luckily managed to find room for the basque cheesecake which was perfection

Sat upstairs, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food just got better and better. The lamb and cheese cake were our favourite.

Had lunch here and the food was lovely. Ordered the paella - bursting with flavors and fresh seafood. Had two specials - the cod fish and the white asparagus. Good food, great ambience and service.

They have one dessert on the menu. Basque cheesecake, it’s unreal!!! Wine is very good. The jambon Iberico was too dry for my liking but other than that very good tapas restaurant

The Spanish tapas here are absolutely delicious! The cheesecake was so good it completely destroyed my “keep fit” plan—I couldn’t stop myself from devouring it. Every single dish was full of flavor and brought me right back to my time in Spain. The only downside? The basement vibe isn’t the coziest and the chairs weren’t very comfortable. Also, the server accidentally tried to charge us twice—but honestly, the food was so good I almost didn’t care! Plus, the staff are actually Spanish, which made the experience feel even more authentic. Strongly recommend! Just... next time, pretty please let me sit at one of the nice ground floor tables. Gracias!

Wine and Sensational Tappas. Very impressive wine selection available to complement the Northern Spanish Tappas. The hosts and staff are very attention to detail orientated and very friendly. This is an intimate setting and every thing from the glass wear to the food is quality. All of our dishes were delicious. We highly recommend the salads and beef. The flavours were exceptional and the food is very clean and classy. Definitely book your tables on weekends. The access is via a very cute road. We are gluten-free and had plenty of options to choose from. Your food is prepared in the open bar kitchen giving the whole experience a much more intimate feel. Highly recommend.
